We are also looking to expand our relationships with companies, like our long time partner Intelligentsia Coffee, that embrace the fair trade philosophy. Each division of the red plum group (sugarplum catering, plum cafe and hell's kitchen chicago) is committed to the goal of going greener and we are all working hard to find more substainable and environmentally friendly products to offer to our customers.
